We offer a full refund for all hosting plans canceled within the first 30 days of a paid account. No questions asked.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the My Products and Services page.
  2. Click on the “Request Cancellation” button.
  3. Select “Yes, cancel my plan” and then click on the “Confirm Cancellation” button.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Managed services
  • Add-on services
